Dear all rekan2 AAM/DD HO & Cabang yang saya hormati dan kasihi…

 

Perkenankan saya untuk menyampaikan terima kasih sedalam2nya untuk keluarga besar AAM/DD selama saya bekerja di HR AAM/DD.

Terima kasih kepada Pak V. Hery Sutanto, pak Edbert Orotodan, pak Erwin Tenggono, rekan2 jajaran Manajemen AAM/DD, Bpk2 Kepala Cabang, khususnya juga team HRD AAM/DD dan seluruh rekan2 AAM/DD baik di HO maupun Cabang.

 

Sungguh suatu pengalaman mengesankan dalam perjalanan karir saya selama di DXG, dan suatu kesempatan yang sangat berharga dapat mengenal Bapak/Ibu baik di HO maupun Cabang AAM/DD.

Selama bekerja di AAM/DD saya rasakan mendapatkan banyak dukungan, perhatian, persahabatan maupun bimbingan sehingga suasana kerja yang nyaman terasa sangat berkesan.

Bukannya apa2 mau/ apa2 mepet/ apa2 maksa dll yang diingat, tp ‘amat-amat menyenangkan’ (AAM).

 

Semoga hubungan baik yang sudah terjalin selama ini tetap akan tersambung walaupun saya tidak lagi di AAM/DD.

 

Efektif per September ini saya akan melanjutkan perjalanan di dalam DXG, mohon support dan doa restu agar lancar dalam posisi yang baru di HR OBU DXM.

 

Mengenai pekerjaan yang selama ini saya handle, tetap akan dilanjutkan oleh team L&D AAM/DD, dengan pengaturan sbb:

·         Untuk hal2 yang berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan Training karyawanAAM/DD di HO/Cabang dan berkaitan dengan FTO (IMP/MEDI), silakan menghubungi Bp. Sholihin – Executive Training; Team FTO AAM DD: Sdr. Sugiyono, Sdr. Niko Prasetya & Sdri. Lidya Yacinta.

·         Untuk Learning & Development (Induksi, IWT, IMF, external training  IDP fulfillment), untuk sementara ini dibantu oleh Sdr. Sudarmadi – Trainer (posisi LDO – masih vacant), dengan Supervisi ibu Nancy Kartika – HRBP Manager.

·         Untuk Knowledge Management, tetap menghubungi Sdr. Budiman – KM Officer, dengan Supervisi ibu Lucy Christiani – HR Service Manager;

·         Untuk hal2 lain yang bersifat strategic, bisa disampaikan kepada Bp. Edbert Orotodan – Direktur.

 

Sebagai manusia biasa, saya juga ada kesalahan, like spoon and fork although working together for similar goals, sometime could touch. Untuk itu mohon dimaafkan bila selama bekerja sama ada hal2 yang tidak berkenan baik secara personal maupun professional.
